About T4 Foundation

The T4 Foundation was established in July 2024 to support families and children affected by a loved one’s addiction. As we know, the drug and alcohol epidemic is on the rise, and the need for addiction services continues to grow. At T4, we partner with Main Gate Counseling to provide care for the families of Main Gate clients, helping them in their recovery. Our playroom has been very helpful, as we have met with several adolescents who find comfort in the safe environment. We offer peer support to those suffering from a loved one's addiction or to children needing counseling; we also teach coping skills and addiction education. From August to December 2024, we assisted over 300 families and children with hygiene products, books, school supplies, community resource education, drug and alcohol prevention information, and coping skills pamphlets through our go bag program. So far in 2025, we have already provided resources and support to 200 families. The T4 Foundation has built partnerships with several facilities in the Tripp County area, including Winner Regional, Winner city jail, DSS, and local EMS and fire departments. Besides helping community members, we host numerous drug- and alcohol-free events throughout the year. In 2024, we hosted our first annual Labor Day Kickball tournament, featuring seven teams, including law enforcement, a high school team, and the local Ideal Youth. We also organized a unity walk, a Black Friday kids’ carnival, and are planning a 2025 80’s themed adult prom. Our goal is to encourage community involvement in family bonding activities that are drug- and alcohol-free. It was also a successful year working with Main Gate during Red Ribbon Week, where we talked to local 4th graders about addiction prevention and education. We also hosted various community events, including awareness ribbon activities and a Trick-or-treating event. We are committed to expanding the T4 Foundation's presence in Tripp County schools to support children living with addiction and to promote prevention education.
